The increase in private car usage cities has led to limited knowledge and uncertainty about traffic flow. This results difficulties addressing congestion. study proposes a novel technique for dynamically calculating the shortest route based on costs of most optimal roads nodes using instances road graphs at different timeslots help minimize congestion actual drivers urban areas. first phase involved reducing one city. data were collected mobile application installed more than 10 taxi drivers’ phones, capturing timeslots.
